We strive to deliver functional and thoughtful packaging by combining the latest innovations with a range of materials, including readily renewable, plant-based options. These materials include wood and paper, sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, PLA bioplastic, and plant-based PLA products. For more information see our materials guide.

Our core compostable ranges are marked with Industrial or Home Compostable certification logos. Look for these compostable logos as you browse our products. The AS verification numbers and ABA codes underneath each logo shows these products meet the Australian Standards for compostability. For more information about ABA certifications, visit the Australasian Bioplastics Association website, here.

Our FSC®-certified ranges are clearly tagged and include the FSC®-C189552 logo. Look out for this logo while you browse. Forest Stewardship Council® provides trusted solutions to help safeguard the world's forests and tackle today's deforestation, climate, and biodiversity challenges.

Australia introduced Single-Use Plastic Bans to reduce pollution, protect wildlife, and promote sustainable alternatives. Led by state and territory governments, these bans target the most harmful and commonly littered plastics, supporting national goals to cut waste and protect the environment.

For up-to-date information on what packaging can be used or sold under Single-Use Plastic Ban laws in each Australian state or territory, visit your state's environmental authority website. Regulations vary by location and are being updated regularly, so it's important to check for the latest information.

You can order our products right here on our website, or by contacting Customer Services here.

1. Browse our product range, and add products to your shopping bag using the "add to bag" button.
2. View your shopping bag by clicking on the bag icon at the top right side of your screen. You can edit your order here, e.g. change quantities and remove products from the bag. You can also see delivery costs once you've entered your shipping address and select pick-up options.
3. When you have confirmed your order, click on "Checkout".
4. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is placed.
5. Your order will be processed once your payment is received in full.

Please include your business name, your name, your contact email and phone and the items you're interested in, plus estimated supply needs.

If you have our catalogue or pricelist, you can search for these products in our search bar. Click on the magnifying glass on the top left of your screen, and enter in the product code you're looking for and press enter. You will be shown a list of products that matches the search term you entered.

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email once your order is placed. Your Tax Invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed. A printed copy of your tax invoice will be attached to your shipment on delivery.

Yes. Please submit a Samples Order Enquiry Form on our Contact Us page, detailing the samples you wish to try. Our Customer Service team will be in touch to get more details from you and arrange your samples. Please note, sample delivery fees may apply.
